Although Emily Barr's already known for novels including Backpack, The Blackout and The Sleeper, her first young adult novel The One Memory of Flora Banks was released with Penguin Random House to great acclaim on January 12.

The story follows 17 year old Flora as she deals with anterograde amnesia until she suddenly remembers kissing someone she shouldn't, and has been named by The Sun as Book Of The Week, and praised by author Lisa Jewell as a 'perfect, dazzling gem of a book'.
